Our 24 hours maintenance, service and backup, operating throughout 25 different locations in Nigeria, with fully equipped mobile workshops guarantees that, in case of any emergency, your business will never experience shortage.

'3-S Service' is the catch phrase of Mikano International Limited After-Sales-Service-System when responding to After Sales requests of customers. The phrase reminds the Service Team to provide the best possible service as quickly as possible, minimizing time lost due to equipment breakdown.

Speedy Service

Upon receiving an equipment breakdown report, we respond with the utmost speed, especially in cases involving serious breakdowns impacting equipment operation. A Service Team will arrive at the site quickly to perform a quick analysis to determine the cause of the problem. They will also supply replacement parts to maximize the equipment operation rate.

Satisfactory Service

We try to find solutions that will satisfy all complaints made by a customer, regardless of how minor the problems might be. We also offer an emergency dispatch service system to provide better service.

We operate vehicles furnished with a wide variety of special tools and equipment. We have also set up a high quality service system with a variety of digitalized measuring instruments and computerized equipment.

Providing Specialized & Diverse Services

Our company provides specialized high quality service and offer specially integrated diagnostics that utilize cutting-edge measurement instruments, as well provides diverse services including pre-delivery inspection, regular maintenance, periodic maintenance, and special traveling maintenance.

Delivery Inspection

When delivering equipment to a customer, our staff-member will immediately check the equipment with the customer and explain the equipment management points and qualities to the customer based on the Driver’s Manual, making the customer aware of important information regarding the equipment.

Chargeable Repairs

We provide chargeable repairs to customers who retain equipment beyond the warranty period, or to damage which warranty repair (refer to the FAQ related to After Sales Service) does not apply. We provide high quality service and customer satisfaction through our post-sales equipment management.

Special Periodic Maintenance

We provide periodic services that include several oil condition checks and engine start-up checks. We also provide repair services when necessary. In case of equipment damaged by a natural disaster, we provide special maintenance if it is decided that strategic support is necessary.

Regular Maintenance

We carry out regular maintenance of all equipment retained by customers, based on the maintenance standards described in the Driver's Manual, prolonging the equipment's life span. Please refer to the FAQ related to After Sales Service for more information regarding the regular maintenance period.

Field Audits

We continue to research ways to produce better equipment. This includes conducting field audits (monitoring customers' opinions at job sites) to improve equipment performance.
